Extraordinary ELLs

In my mind, all people, young and old, are extraordinary. I believe everyone lives their life the best way they know how, based on the experiences they have had. I am committed to providing children a supportive learning environment, in which they can make connections to their own experiences in developmentally appropriate ways.

In our ELL classroom, we will celebrate our differences and promote an appreciation for our similarities. All students have the potential to make positive contributions in our classroom and community. I believe by focusing on each students' strengths, they will gain self-confidence which will dramatically impact their ability to achieve their goals.
